File and Notion sources

Train the agent on PDFs, files, and Notion pages alongside your site. File and Notion sources expand what your AI agent can learn from, beyond your website and the text you paste in. You can upload documents directly: PDFs and Word (.docx) files, plus plain text, Markdown, CSV or JSON files. The agent reads them and adds that knowledge to its answer pool. Notion integration goes a step further. Connect your Notion workspace and share the pages the agent should read. The agent reads those pages again every day, so when you update one, your internal docs and the AI stay in sync without any manual re-training. This is useful for teams that keep product specs, internal policies, or onboarding guides in Notion rather than on a public website. The AI can answer from that internal knowledge without you having to copy and paste every document. It also helps when your content lives in formats the website crawler cannot reach — like a PDF product manual or a CSV of pricing tiers.
