Each conversation carries a status — open, snoozed or closed — and an optional priority.
Snooze
Snoozing hides a conversation until a time you pick: later today, tomorrow, next week, or until you unsnooze it. It reappears in Open when it wakes.
Close
Closing marks it handled. Closing also triggers something useful: Chattering drafts a help article from the conversation, unpublished, waiting in Help center → AI drafts. A question you answered once becomes documentation you can publish in a click.
Filters
The list header filters by Open, Snoozed, Closed or All, and the search box matches conversation content.
