AI drafts and content gaps

The help centre that writes itself.

Two things in your help centre are produced by the AI rather than by you.

AI drafts

Close a conversation and Chattering drafts an article from that real exchange — the question as it was actually asked, the answer as it was actually given. It arrives unpublished in AI drafts. You review, edit and publish. Nothing goes public without you.

Where the draft needs a fact only you know, it writes [FILL IN: …] rather than inventing one.

Content gaps

Every time the AI cannot answer from your content, that question is recorded and counted. Content gaps lists them by how often they were asked, so the most valuable article to write next is at the top. Your Overview shows the same list.

You can draft an article straight from a gap.

Need more help? Browse all articles or ask the assistant in the chat — it answers from these docs and can connect you with the team.
