Collections
A collection is a group of articles — "Getting started", "Billing". Choose Add collection to create one, and give it a description: that sentence is what visitors read on the help centre's front page.
Articles
Inside a collection, New article opens the editor. An article has a title, an optional subtitle shown under the heading, and a body. Use ## for section headings — they become the "On this page" contents on the published article.
Publishing
An article is public as soon as it is published. Unpublished articles are visible only to you.
Where it appears
Published articles show up in three places at once: your public help centre, the Help tab inside the widget, and — once you sync — the AI's own knowledge.
