This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you can and can't do with Chattering.ai. The short version: use the product for its intended purpose — running customer support, managing feedback, and publishing help content — and don't use it to harm others.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Chattering.ai to do any of the following:
- Break any law or regulation that applies to you or your business
- Use someone else's copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property without their permission
- Spread malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or spy on systems
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other people
- Try to break into accounts, systems, or data that don't belong to you
- Overload the service, run automated scraping, or do anything that degrades performance for other users
- Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated workloads on our infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute access to Chattering without our written permission
Content Standards
Everything you upload to or create through Chattering — help articles, AI training content, conversation replies — must follow these rules:
- No illegal material of any kind
- No content that promotes violence or discrimination
- No content that exploits or endangers minors
- No content that violates another person's privacy
Enforcement
If we find that an account is violating this policy, we'll reach out to let you know. For minor issues, we'll ask you to fix the problem. For serious or repeated violations, we may suspend or close the account. We may also report clearly illegal activity to law enforcement.

If you believe someone is misusing Chattering.ai, let us know at support@chattering.ai. Tell us what you observed and we'll look into it.
